AI that removes real hours from your business — found, built and running in weeks.
Most “AI consulting” ends with a strategy document. I audit how your business actually runs, pick the three or four places AI pays for itself, then build them myself — automations, AI agents, internal tools — and train your team to run them.
Where small businesses lose hours — and what AI gives back
Operator first, AI second.
I spent 24 years running sales, operations and e-commerce teams before I started building with AI. That order matters: I know which problems are worth solving and which are just expensive demos.
- A two-week audit of your actual workflows, tools and numbers
- A ranked list: hours saved, cost, risk — for each AI opportunity
- The top three built and deployed, with your team trained
- Fixed scope and fixed quote before anything starts
No decks. No pilots that never ship.
- A 60-page “AI strategy” you pay for and never open
- Replacing your team with a chatbot that frustrates customers
- Tools your staff cannot maintain once I leave
- Enterprise platforms priced for a 5,000-person company
AI automation examples for small businesses.
WhatsApp inquiry & complaint bot
Identifies the customer from the CRM, logs complaints with a tracking ID, blocks duplicates and creates the task for the right person with a due date. Running at my own company on n8n + the WhatsApp Business API.
Quote generator
Turns an enquiry into a priced, branded proposal in minutes using your price list and past quotes.
AI video analytics on existing cameras
Footfall, queue length, dwell time and restricted-area alerts from the cameras you already own.
Daily operations dashboard
Pulls orders, deliveries, stock and cash into one live view your managers check every morning.
Voicemail-to-CRM voice bot
Callers leave a voicemail on the PBX; n8n transcribes it, cleans it up with Claude, creates the lead or complaint in the CRM and notifies the team on WhatsApp — no call goes unanswered overnight.
Invoice and document processing
Reads supplier invoices, receipts and contracts into your accounting system with a human check.
Audit, build, hand over.
Free 30-minute call
You tell me how the business runs and what eats your week. I tell you honestly whether AI is the fix or whether an SOP would do it cheaper.
Two-week AI audit
I map your workflows and data, then rank every opportunity by hours saved, cost and risk. You get the report and a fixed quote to build the top three.
Build and train
I build with Claude Code, n8n, the WhatsApp Business API and Google Cloud or Railway for hosting — on tools your team already uses where possible — then train them and stay on a light retainer if you want.
Serving small businesses across five regions.
Before you reach out.
What does an AI consultant for a small business actually do?
Finds the handful of tasks where AI saves real money or time in your specific business, builds those, and makes sure your team can run them. The useful ones are usually boring: quotes, order updates, lead follow-up, reporting, document entry.
How much does AI implementation cost for a small business?
Far less than people expect. Most of what I build runs on tools costing $20–$200 a month. The build itself is a fixed quote per project after the audit; the audit is a fixed two-week fee. No enterprise licences.
Do we need our own developers or IT team?
No. I build it, document it and train whoever will own it. If you later want an in-house person, I will help you hire them.
Is our data safe?
I prefer tools where your data stays in your accounts, and I will tell you plainly where a model provider sees data and what the alternatives are. Nothing is connected without your written approval.
Can you help with AI video analytics on our existing cameras?
Yes — it is one of the products I have built. If your cameras are already installed, we usually do not need to replace them.
How long until something is working?
The audit takes two weeks. The first automation is usually live within two to four weeks after that. Larger internal tools or AI agents take four to eight weeks.
