A consultant who launched and ran businesses in the Gulf — not one who flew in with a deck.
I built Talabat’s UAE market from zero, ran Delivery Hero’s Middle East operations across 45+ staff, and co-founded an e-commerce company serving GCC retailers. Today I help founders and SMEs in the Gulf fix operations, enter new markets, and put AI to work — on-site in Dubai, Riyadh and Kuwait when it matters, remote the rest of the time.
Gulf track record
The problems I get called about in Dubai and Riyadh.
Operations that stopped scaling
Revenue grew, margins did not. I map the operation, fix the three biggest leaks, and install KPIs and SOPs your managers run weekly. Fractional COO →
Launching in a new GCC market
UAE to Saudi, Pakistan to the Gulf, Europe to the region: partners, hiring, suppliers, logistics and the first 90 days — I have done it from zero at Talabat.
Last-mile, returns, supplier reliability
From procurement to the customer’s door. Ten years inside the region’s largest delivery platforms and my own e-commerce company.
AI that pays for itself
WhatsApp bots, lead follow-up agents, reporting and document automation built on n8n and the WhatsApp Business API — in English and Arabic. AI consultant →
B2B sales pipeline and partnerships
Pipeline design, enterprise sales process and partnership development — I headed corporate sales for a telecom before the Gulf.
Reporting, KPIs and an operating cadence
You raised money or want to; investors expect numbers and rhythm. I install both without turning the business into a bureaucracy.
Founders and SMEs between 10 and 200 people.
Big consultancies in DIFC price for enterprises. “Business setup” consultants stop at the trade licence. I work in the gap: the operating problems of a business that already exists and needs to run better.
- Retail, e-commerce and delivery businesses in the UAE and Saudi
- Service companies — security, facilities, logistics, B2B services — growing past the founder’s reach
- Pakistani and South Asian founders expanding into the Gulf, who want someone who knows both sides
- European and North American companies entering the GCC remotely and needing boots on the ground
- Family businesses professionalising operations for the next generation or an investor
On-site weeks, remote in between.
Before you reach out.
How is this different from a business setup consultant in Dubai?
Setup consultants get you a licence and a bank account. I work with businesses that already exist: operations, growth, market entry, SOPs, KPIs and AI. If you need a licence, I will point you to someone good and come in afterwards.
Are you based in Dubai?
I am based in Lahore and spend regular on-site weeks in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, where I have active projects. Most ongoing work is remote with on-site time when it matters — launches, audits, team roll-outs.
How do you charge?
Fixed-fee projects (audits, market entry, SOP programmes) and monthly fractional-COO retainers. You get a written quote after a free 30-minute call. No hourly billing.
Can you work in Arabic?
I work in English and Urdu; for Arabic-speaking teams I work with bilingual managers and build bots and documents in Arabic. Ten years in the Gulf means I understand the market even where I do not write the language.
Do you help Pakistani businesses expand to the UAE or Saudi?
Yes — it is one of the most common requests. I have run businesses on both sides and know the partners, logistics and hiring realities in each.
What results can I expect?
Honest answer: it depends on the problem, and I will tell you on the first call if I am not the right person. What you can expect in every engagement is a written diagnosis, a plan with owners and dates, and me doing the work rather than describing it.
Tell me what is not working.
Two or three lines are enough. You will get a personal reply within one business day and a free 30-minute call, UAE or Saudi hours.
